Forest In the Future
Finally, it would be about the strategy we are employing to preserve the deciduous forest biome. As of now, there are some conservation efforts already in place. However, the main damage had already inflicted severe impacts upon many of these biome locations around the world.
A big part of such conservation efforts involves educating the public about consequences of human actions over the past centuries. We rely on the oxygen from the trees in the temperate deciduous biome more than most people realize, accounting for a large part of the world’s oxygen supply. We also need to leave these environments intact for future generations. Otherwise, all of the floras and faunas found in these regions would eventually die out. A large part of our population places more importance upon human advancement and growth rather than in preserving nature. They are mistaken. Our race, and any other race, would not have been able to survive without the existence of these essential O2 producers. This strategy of only passively educating people, but not really embedding the need to preserve nature within the local mass, is currently failing.
